Responsibilities：1. 负责项目开发过程中的质量策划工作，协助项目开发过程顺畅进行并成功量产； Responsible for quality plan job during project development process , assist the project team successfully SOP;2、生产质量控制，确保各项质量目标达成； Production quality control, ensure quality target realized;3、协助生产部门进行质量问题分析和解决 并形成预防措施。 To assist production department to do quality defect analysis and solvement, and determine preventive actions4、生产质量数据的收集/整理/分析，组织多功能小组制定改进行动计划，并跟踪改进效果； To collect/treat/analyze production quality data, organize APQP team to determine corrective actions, and follow up improvement effect;5、客户投诉处理，对客户抱怨进行确认/联络/报告/处理/跟踪/回复，并横向行动，对同类型产品进行分析和采取预防性行动; customer complaint treatment, confirm information/contact reference person/report/analysis and treatment/follow up/reply to customer, and also take transversal actions, analyze similar parts and take preventive actions;6、识别客户处质量要求的变更与提升，及时转化为内部的控制标准，提升客户满意度； Identify customer’s requirement change and improvement, transfer into internal control specification, improve customer's satisfaction;6、通过各种审核（体系审核/过程审核/产品审核/分层审核/工程监察等），识别过程和产品的不符合性，并组织多功能小组进行 检讨和分析，制定相应的改进行动并跟踪改进效果， To do kinds of audit(quality system audit/process audit/product audit/layers audit/engineering audit and etc.), identify the conformities of process and products, organize APQP team to check and analyze, determine reference actions plan and follow up corrective effectRequirements:1. Experience in Quality functions of 3 to 5 years minimum in automtive industry 2、Know about TS16949 quality system requirements and APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA requirements, know about data analysis and can do kinds of analysis diagram 3、Good command of the English language 职能类别：质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师)
