job description
1.proactive engaging prospective clients, biz partners, recruited tenants and their circles soliciting customer needs and vocs
2.carry out competitor studies and prepare competitor study reports
3. poc (point of contact) for tier 2 atelier clients, biz partners locally
4.carry out leasing activities on inspections, negotiations and documentations
5.assist manager in liaising with local bus in execution of the above
6.suggest and prepare brand book revisions in accordance to developments of 1) to 6) above
profile requirement
1. university graduate or higher achievements in applied economics, hospitality, marketing, business administration.
2. good understanding of leasing and operations of office buildings (optional)
3.good communication skills and a team player.
