职位描述：
岗位职责(responsibilities):
1.be responsible for overall overseas vendor payment / employee reimbursement / fix asset management
负责公司整体海外员工日常报销,供应商付款和固定资产的管理。
2.review accounting voucher etc, to ensure accurate accounting transaction and booking
审核相关会计凭证及会计账目，保证账务处理的准确性。
3.draft relevant financial policy etc, and keep it updated periodically
协助规范，起草和更新财务相关制度，健全财务核算体系。
4.be capable as a people manager to manage the team, develop successor etc.
能够对下属团队进行日常管理，培养后续人才以及招募。
5.improve internal procedure, integrate finance resource and process
能够协助健全内部控制制度，不断整合财务资源及业务流程。
6.support function operation from china's hq，organize asset count etc to ensure company property integrity
对中国总部公司部门进行财务支持，定期组织资产清查盘点，保证公司财产安全完整。
7.support and monitor the implementation of the zall's internal finance regulations and rules
支持与监督卓尔的财务规章与制度的执行。
8.work together with auditors for annual audit, tax filing etc.
能够与审计师进行沟通，配合完成年度财务审计和税务审计。
9.work together with cooperation bank, be familiar with cash pooling operation etc,the cash inflow and outflow management.
能够与合作银行进行沟通，熟悉资金池等常规业务,现金流量流入与流出管理。
10.work closely with the hq’s finance cotroller about the running of the cash bugetting and verification fo the supplier payments etc.
与总部财务总监紧密协作，开展资金计划与供应商付款等事项。
任责要求(requirements):
1.fluency in both written and oral english or chinese;
流利的英文或汉语书面和口头沟通能力；
2.fluency in using accounting software system, microsoft office;
熟练运用office功能、熟悉财务软件系统及其功能；
3.bachelor or above of in finance, accounting or other relevant subjects；
学士及以上学位，财务、会计或其它相关专业；
4.certificates of accounting professional preferred.
拥有财务专业认证优先。
5.at least 5 years' working experience in accounting areas (finance&accounting experience in czech republic and germany is preferred);
至少5年以上企业财务相关领域工作经验（具备捷克与德国财务与会计经验优先）；
6.more than 5 years of leadership experience.
5年以上团队管理经验。
