职位描述：
工作职责:
1.量产产品负责人，维护产品cp/ft/eqc 良率及利用数据分析，电性分析等手段找到影响产品量产良率的因素，并加以改善。
2.异常事件的处理。
3.负责定义新产品测试流程，并持续改善测试时间及覆盖面。
4.负责新产品设计到产品量产过程中的工程分析，并解决新产品导入过程中遇到的各种问题。
5.负责工程测试及量产认证的实际操作。
6负责量产，工程数据的分析与报告。
7.熟练应用各种测试机台，并能够利用te开发的程序完成不同要求的数据收集，也可以完成二次开发。
1.maintain product cp/ft/qc yield and improve it by using efa/dfa/pfa method to dig out the factors.
2.abnormal event handling.
3.define new product test flow and continue improve test time and coverage.
4.in charge of the engineering analysis of new product. and solve the issues during the new product introduction.
5.engineering analysis, product qual operation and report.
6.familiar with the tester and finish the test by using program developed by te
任职资格:
1.材料，微电子，物理，化学，及半导体相关专业的本科及硕士学历
2.4-6年（本科）或2-4年（硕士以及上）的相关工作经验；欢迎应届生投递，先做助理产品工程师。
3.具备一定的半导体物理知识。
4.熟悉产品规格，并了解产品操作机理以及产品架构。
5.熟悉半导体制造流程。
6.熟悉芯片测试原理及流程。
7.熟悉电性分析及物理失效分析手段。
8.熟练掌握各种办公软件的操作。
9.不错的英语口语能力。
10.不错的沟通与协调能力。
11.良好的学习能力。
1.material science, micro-electronics; ee, physics, chemical, bachelor or above.
2.4-6 years (bs degree) or 2-4 years (ms or above) of relevant experience
3.familiar with semiconductor physics.
4.familiar with product spec, product schematic and operation mechanism.
5.familiar with process.
6.familiar with chip test method and flow.
7.familiar with the efa/dfa/pfa
8.good working knowledge of microsoft office window and other office soft tools
9.good oral english skills.
10.excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
11.good learning capability.
